Intentions

J’étais à la recherche d’une nouvelle approche pour offrir du bien-être à mon corps et mon esprit. C’est ainsi que j’ai  découvert le massage thaï yoga. J’adore l’impact positif que cela crée sur mon être. Partager cette passion avec les autres est devenu une mission. J’apprécie le bonheur et la quiétude que cela crée autour de moi.

I started my Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) journey with the intention of learning a new skill set that could bring kindness to my own body and soul. My experience of healing from emotional trauma led me to TYM; and I absolutely love the positive impact it has on me. Sharing my practice is now my mission as it brings more love and kindness to people around me.
